DISCLAIMER & NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT FOR MONEYTRIBE
This Disclaimer and Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (the “User”), and MoneyTribe (the “Company”), a web-based application (the “App”) designed to provide information about finance and investments. By accessing and using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
DISCLAIMER
Purpose of Information: The App provides content related to finance and investments (the “Information”). The Information is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to provide specific financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other advice. It is presented as a general source of information only and should not be considered as personal investment or financial advice, or used as a basis for making investment decisions.
No Guarantees: The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Information. It's important to note that investments and the stock market are inherently risky, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not make any decision, financial or otherwise, based on any of the Information without undertaking independent due diligence.
Liability: The Company will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the Information. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the Information and for any consequences arising out of such use.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
Confidentiality: You acknowledge that, during your use of the App, you will have access to confidential and proprietary information (the “Confidential Information”). Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, the Information, techniques, methods, processes, and data used or provided in the App.
Non-Disclosure Obligation: You agree that you will not disclose, disseminate, or share the Confidential Information in any form or by any means, to any third party without the express written consent of the Company.
Non-Use Obligation: You agree not to use any Confidential Information for any purpose except for your personal use, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Breach of Agreement: In the event that you breach any of your obligations under this Agreement, you understand and agree that you will be liable to the Company for damages in the amount of $1,000,000. This is in addition to any other remedies the Company may have at law or in equity.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the App, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should discontinue use of the App immediately.

This Agreement is effective as of the date you first access the App and remains in effect until terminated by either you or the Company. The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
